The photo shows Kim asleep with her head tilted back and mouth open as Appleton and his team tend to her hair. "I love u Kim," Appleton captioned the IG photo. Kim commented with lots of laughing emojis and the response, "I f--king hate you!!! LOL You exhausted me!"
