Men seen working on top of a building in Akoka Lagos without safety helmets (photos)

A couple of construction workers were seen carrying out repairs on a building in Akoka, without their safety helmets.
In photos sent in by an ELEX BLOG reader, the men can be seen standing on a ledge without safety barriers to keep them from falling. They also didn't use their helmets for safety as they carried out repairs on the building behind Unilag second gate.
