Technology entrepreneur, Elon Musk, has taken another swipe at Facebook, calling it 'lame.'

Reacting to a Twitter post by actor Sacha Baron Cohen calling for Facebook to be regulated by the government over its content, the Tesla founder tweeted "#DeleteFacebook It's lame."

In the post, Baron Cohen, who's a vocal critic of social media platforms, including Twitter and Google video platform YouTube, wrote: 'We don’t let 1 person control the water for 2.5 billion people. We don’t let 1 person control electricity for 2.5 billion people. Why do we let 1 man control the information seen by 2.5 billion people? Facebook needs to be regulated by governments, not ruled by an emperor!,' said the actor and comedian.

As for Musk, this is not the first time he has publicly criticized Facebook or Mark Zuckerberg.

In 2018, he deleted the official Facebook pages of his companies, Tesla (TSLA) and SpaceX, after it was disclosed that political consulting firm Cambridge Analytica had accessed personal informations of over 87 million Facebook users without their knowledge.

"What's Facebook?" Musk tweeted at the time.
