Cameroonian singer, Dencia, took a direct swipe at Wizkid and ShattaWale on Instagram.
The 33-year-old singer slammed the duo for accepting to do a collaboration with Beyonce for free but would charge upcoming artists for their first collabo. According to Dencia, mentalities like these are part of the reasons Africa is still backward.
Though she didn’t drop the names of the artists, netizens are positive she is indirectly referring to Wizkid and Shatta Wale whose hit songs with Beyonce earned her millions.
She further added that most of these artists don’t collect the money and will go around borrowing money from people all for the sake of clout.
