YOU ARE CRAZY! Ighalo Reveals How People Mocked Him For Wanting To Join Man United

Man United Striker, Odion Ighalo says some people called him crazy, for daring to dream about a move to Manchester United.

The 30-year-old grew up in Lagos, Nigeria supporting the Red Devils.

Ighalo’s dream came true in January when he signed a six-month loan deal from Shanghai Shenhua.

His only previous experience of Premier League football was playing for Watford between 2014 and 2017.

Ighalo has provided a new option for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in attack with Marcus out injured with a back problem, netting four goals in his first three starts for the club.

However, he never imagined he would be able to play at Old Trafford.

“When you say those kinds of things (about playing for United when he was a child), people say ‘are you crazy?’ because back then you don’t even know what the future holds,” Ighalo told beIN Sports.
