Some Zambian students moved on from pillaging businesses owned by South Africans in the country to attacking the South African embassy in Lusaka, Zambia's capital.

Though addressed by the Zambian general Police inspector Kakoma Kanganja and his police team, the angry students defied the huge police presence at the embassy to attack the diplomatic facility whose signpost they burnt down.

This is coming after the Zambian national team cancelled its friendly match with Bafana Bafana of South Africa, citing security concern.
