The Starks suffering
Starting from their Father (Nedd Stark) a loyal Lord to King Baratheon, found the dirty secret about the Lannisters and died in the hands of the Lannisters.
Their Mother (Catelyn) and their brother (Robb), just wanted to save their family and and make the Lannister pay for what they did to Nedd Stark but died in the process.
Sansa, having good intentions (tho fooled by infatuation) just wanted to marry Jofferey and become a queen but suffered alot and learnt her lesson in a hard way (suffered in the hands of Cercei, forced to marry the man she didn't love: Tyrion, molested and raped by a Tyrant: Ramsey Bolton, survived from the hands of the great manipulator: Lord Baelish).
Jon Snow a Stark bastard but wasn't treated as one in winterfell suffered alot as well, he was sent to protect the walls as a night watch against the wildlings, he was hated by some people there (instead of making him a fighter, they made him a kitchen staff), he was hated by a leader that ganged up against him and killed him but was later resurrected by the Red Woman, he always suffer himself for his people, friends and families.
Bran Stark didn't suffer that much cos he was destined to be the 3 eyed raven. His suffering was just that, he almost died for unknowingly finding the dirty secret about the Lannisters, he was supposed to be Lord of winterfell after the demise of Robb Stark, but instead he was sent from his home by Ramson Bolton, couldn't walk freely cos he had no legs indirectly, he has to move from places to places because he's destined for greatness.
Rickson Stark, the youngest of the family, who was supposed to be treated like a King suffered because of the crisis over their family. He had to follow his brother Bran everywhere he goes but he was captured by Ramson Bolton through the help of Theon Greyjoy and he was killed in the battle of the bastards.
Theon Greyjoy was partially a member of the Stark family but suffered in the hands of Ramson Bolton, he made the breakthrough when she helped Sansa escape from Ramson. He felt sorry for what he did to the stark family and that was why he begged Bran to forgive him and died by the hand of the night King emissary.

No, I didn't.... I saved the best for the last.
Arya Stark was the one that suffered most, right from the beginning she was wiser than her elder sister Sansa by telling her they should leave Kings landing but Sansa was fooled by infatuation. Nedd Stark knew Arya was a fighter and that was why she gave her a sword trainer, she was heartbroken when she saw her own father beheaded by Jofferey, she left kings landing for winterfell only to hear winterfell was no longer safe and then she wandered about (just a little girl). With the help of Sandor "Hound" Clegane, she heard about the red wedding (where Robb her brother and Catelyn her mother would be in attendance) at Walder Frey's kingdom and saw that as an opportunity to meet the rest of her family, but what a pity, she witnessed how Robb, Catelyn and their armies were murdered, she was shattered and battered. She had no other choice than to be a Lone Wolf, in that process she became No-one (she also suffered emotionally in becoming no-one, she was made to do things a normal human being wouldn't do, she was blind in the process and later found her sight). After she had suffered she was destined for greatness.
