Femi Fani-Kayode, Former Aviation Minister, took to his Twitter handle to react to reports of the High Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria's decision to dismiss the rape case filed by Busola Dakolo, against COZA pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo.
