A former Nigerian Policeman who recently retired from the force has come out to reveal all the corrupt practices he experienced and the ones he was part of as a police officer.
During a phone conversation in one online TV show, the Police man spilled the beans on how the corruption in the Police Force started from the top.
He however revealed how ordinary inability to pay bribe have led many non-offenders into prison.
