Prince Harry chats with Ivanka Trump but avoids Donald Trump after he called his wife, Meghan Markle "nasty"

Prince Harry was pictured chating with US First Daughter Ivanka Trump but he managed to avoid being photographed with Donald Trump after the US president referred to his wife Meghan Markle as 'nasty'.
The Duke of Sussex was at a private lunch at Buckingham Palace with Mr Trump during the first day of his state visit, but it is not known if they actually spoke to one another. The Duke was pictured chatting with Ivanka Trump though.
Donald Trump has denied calling the Duchess of Sussex "nasty" when he was confronted with comments she made before the 2016 US elections saying she would leave the country if he won.
On Sunday evening, Trump was asked at the White House if he was willing to apologise to the royal family, or to clarify the comments made to The Sun’s political editor, but Trump replied: "No, I made no bad comment. Thank you."
