A new video has emerged on social media capturing the moment a man believed to be an officer of the Nigerian police was spotted rolling up something that looks like marijuana while he sits in a patrol vehicle.
The man who was spotted smoking was seen rolling up the substance in full glare of the public.
This is a banned substance that its possession illegally is punishable by a minimum sentence of 12 years in prison in Nigeria.
In the case of serious trafficking cases, life imprisonment may be imposed.
