Nigeria records 100 new cases of COVID-19

On Sunday, September 6, Nigeria recorded 100 new cases of COVID-19.

 

According to the Nigeria Center for Disease Control NCDC, Lagos recorded 39 new cases while the FCT recorded 22 new cases.

 

Other states with fresh infections include Kaduna-19 Oyo-7 Ebonyi-6 Edo-3 Katsina-1 Ekiti-1 Bauchi-1 and Nasarawa-1.

 

Nigeria now has 55,005 confirmed cases. 43,013 patients have so far been discharged with 1,057 deaths recorded.
