Terry G was a hit-maker, and in the late 2000s and early 2010s, he was unstoppable!

I mean, who doesn’t know Terry G? Or his mad uptempo jams that were absolute bangers on the streets? Thing is, Terry did it differently. He did it in a way no one before him has ever. Nobody could match his energy!

But, the inevitable always happens. Time went by and his relevance to the music industry dwindled like the effects of a mild mosquito bite. It was bound to happen, though. New sounds came, new guys came on the scene and he couldn’t keep up.

For many artists, that’s just okay, because they just move on and do other things. But seems like the “Run Mad” singer isn’t planning on going anywhere. Well, not anytime soon.

Terry G x WizKid Coming Soon

Terry G, in a series of tweets, has announced that he had a studio session with number one in Africa Starboy, Wizkid, and has recorded about four songs with him (in one night.) According to one of the tweets, the singer is considering adding three of those songs to his forthcoming album.

This raises some questions. Why is Terry G dropping a new album? When is the album dropping? Who else is gonna be on the album?

One thing that is however sure is, if Wizkid is on that album, it is going to bang!

Wizkid has done it in the past and can do it again, definitely. Remember in 2018, when the Starboy brought Duncan Mighty back to the limelight with the hit song “Fake Love” and made him the talk of the town? Will he do the same to Terry G? That remains to be seen.
