A cyber warfare adviser is advocating for an end to wealthy parents passing down their wealth to their children and children's children when they die.

Joel Oseiga said "generational wealth should not exist". He added that "money and assets should be returned to the government once a person dies."

He explained that this will help build a more "equal society and gives everyone an almost equal playing field."
