Man United XI Vs Bournemouth: Confirmed Team News And Predicted Lineup

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is ready to break up the Manchester United team that blew away Brighton when they face Bournemouth on Saturday.

The Norwegian insists he needs to keep his players fresh, despite the outstanding performances against Sheffield United and Brighton in their last two Premier League games.

“If there are a couple of changes don’t be surprised just because of fitness and so many games,” said Solskjaer. “I’ve got to look after the players.

“It would be nice to play a team that played so well against Sheffield United and Brighton, but let’s wait and see how everyone is after training. I’ve got many, many reasons to play the same team, but have reasons to rotate. I’ve got to wait and see. We’ve got a couple got some knocks bruises.”

United are closing in on top four after defeats for Leicester and Chelsea this week.

It’s now 15 games unbeaten in all competitions, but Solskjaer insists there will be no complacency, despite what looks like a kind run-in to the end of the season.

“It’s been a while since we’ve been on a run like this,” he said. “When I first came in the run was a good one also, but we’re definitely feeling confident, feeling in good form and they should be.

“I’ve seen lots of quotes saying we have an easy run in, but next five games: Bournemouth we lost to earlier in the season, Aston Villa we drew with at Old Trafford, Southampton we drew to, we lost to Palace and lost to West Ham.

“They are teams we’ve got a point to prove against and we have to improve on the last performance. It’s not an easy game.

“What anyone else thinks doesn’t matter, we’ll have to perform. Bournemouth are fighting.

“We know we have to stop quite a few things with them. If we play to our best we should create chances and win the game.”

Manchester United predicted XI (4-2-3-1): De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Williams; McTominay, Pogba; Greenwood, Fernandes, Rashford; Martial
