Man Caught Hawking Weed In Lagos As #Nigeriadecides (Photos)

Officers of the Rapid Response Squad, RRS, this morning caught the man in the photo hawking weed as they patrolled the streets along Berger axis.
He has been apprehended and handed over to Base 105, Ojodu.
