Mad Man Got Arrested After Caught Trying To Kidnap A Child In Lagos (Watch Video)

A man who pretends to be mad was beaten mercilessly before handing him over to the police for trying to kidnap in a child in Egbeda, Lagos State.

We should all be very vigilant about people we see and think they are MAD, don’t be deceived by what they look like.
