Kingsley Moghalu congratulates Davido and Chioma on their engagement, shades Nigerian leaders

Kingsley Moghalu, a former Presidential candidate, has joined other Nigerians to congratulate singer, Davido on his engagement to Chioma his lover.
Moghalu in his congratulatory message, reminded Nigerians of how he promised them the kind of asurance Davido had given to Chioma but they failed to accept it.
