It seems it’s a shade at artists owing him production fees or royalties as he declared in an Instagram post he made earlier today.
Saying “Please if you’re an artiste and you owe me money, Today is your day of grace. Tomorrow like this, I de submit full list to @samkleg and tundeednut”
