A woman who used to suffer from anorexia has shared photos showing her amazing transformation one year after she changed her lifestyle.
Amy Hughes revealed that the eating disorder led to her being admitted in the hospital. She was discharged exactly a year ago and made the difficult decision to change her habits and face her problems.
One year on, she has put on weight and looks healthier. She also said the past one year has been the "best year of my life".
She shared before and now photos. In the before photo, she's seen looking emaciated with her arm looking like a stick.
