Trust your day is going on well.
My Kenyan neighbour who is married to a Nigerian man walked up to me today asking which is the best method she can use to serve her man’s swallow meals.
I had to ask if her husband has ever complained about the mode of serving she’s using.
She said her husband has never complained but she has been noticing that different people in Nigeria use different methods.
Some will serve the soup and the swallow separately, some will serve them together while some will even create hole in between the swallow and pour soup in it
