Edo State Governor, Obaseki, Ekweremadu Reveals What Buhari’s Chief Of Staff Will Offer Nigeria

Governor of Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki and Ike Ekweremadu has commended the appointment of Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, as the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari.

Obaseki, in a statement, said Prof. Gambari would bring his wealth of experience in handling matters of Nigeria.

According to him,

“ As a seasoned diplomat and scholar, Ibrahim Gambari brings immense experience to his responsibility in government.

“With his diverse and robust experience in managing multi-country projects and extensive reach within the international community, Prof. Gambari is sure to bring a fresh perspective to the President’s quest to move Nigeria to the next level.”

Former Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu also took to his Twitter page to congratulate Gambari.

He described the new Chief of Staff as someone who is politically detached but very experienced in the art of governance.

His tweet read:

“I congratulate the Chief of Staff to President @MBuhari, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari. A cerebral scholar, public administrator, and pan Nigerian, I’ve no doubt that he would bring his wealth of experience to bear on the job.

“He is someone that is politically detached, someone who will be hardly heard, but very experienced and well-versed in the art of governance and administration to coordinate the business of government and the Office of the President very efficiently. I wish him the very best.”
