Do You Agree? An Online User Charges EFCC To charge Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Instead Of Chasing Yahoo Boys

An online user has called the attention of the operatives of the EFCC on an unnoticed corruption in a certain section of the government.

The writer who sounded like an ex-student through one of his posts on facebook said, there is a huge corruption in the Industrial Training Fund where all students are entitled to certain amount of money after their compulsory SIWES program. He made it clear that money has been disappearing via that source for over 15 years.

He further charges the EFC that even if they arrest all the yahoo boys in the country, Nigeria will still not be okay with this kind of corruption.

Read what he wrote below:

As a student of Nigeria who studied to the point of completing the SIWES/IT in any organization. There’s certain amount of money such student is entitled to. It is called “Industrial Training Fund (ITF), from the ITF, head office as at 2014, Mango Road, PMB. 2199, JOS.

We urge the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to look into this starting from over 20 years. As someone who completed IT since 2014, I have right to such money.

Some have completed their IT/SIWES for over 15 years without getting the FUND.

EFCC can arrest all Yahoo Boys In Nigeria for all they like. But Nigeria will still be a shithole if this kind of corruption is not checked!
