Desmond Elliot is a Nigerian actor, director, and politician who has starred in over two hundred films and a number of television shows and soap operas.

He was elected as a lawmaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Surulere Constituency, in the 11 April 2015 Nigerian General Elections.

The Nollywood actor, now a Lagos lawmaker, Desmond Elliot few days ago, addressed Nigerian youths as children while pushing for social media regulation in Nigeria.

Like Reno rightly said,

“Desmond Elliott was acting for his political godfathers to see his loyalty.

He is ambitious. He does not believe what he said. He believed he was writing a promotion exam. And he felt that the person that would grade his paper is Bola Tinubu.

But Nigeria has changed. Power has shifted to the people. Even Bola Tinubu himself can’t recover from the effects of the last two weeks. Desmond Elliot expects someone who can’t save himself to save him.

Alas, he unwisely chose to be the proverbial fly that followed the corpse into the grave. Tinubu is now a political corpse. He once had the Midas Touch. But now, all that Tinubu has left is the Leprous Touch!

Desmond incurred the wrath of forces more powerful than his godfathers, and they may sacrifice him to appease that force”.

Tinubu cannot save Desmond this time, because himself Tinubu’s political career is at stake. He is no longer the Jagaban..he lost it some days ago.

So I think Desmond Elliot’s political career is gone as well. Same youth on social media that made him what he is today, supported and voted for him are now CHILDREN.

Desmond is an ingrate and has lost it all both in politics and the entertainment sectors.
