Mr. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi is a Nigerian politician who served as the fifth Governor of Rivers State from 2007 to 2015 under PDP and currently the Nigerian Minister for Transportation under APC.
Calm down and read this post slowly for a better understanding. Comprehend the sarcasm in it…
Some couple of months ago, Amaechi categorically stated his reasons for joining politics. And I believe his reason is as same as that of 99% Nigerian politicians; while the remaining 1% ventured into politics for power.
He said, “I didn’t join politics because I wanted to be a leader or because I wanted to solve Nigeria’s problems. I joined politics because of unemployment and hunger. I also believe there is a part that grace played in it.”
This is f**king true and almost all African Politicians are on this table. They are into politics for their stomach and selfish interests. That’s why they kill and do all sort of evil to win an election.
Chibuike Amaechi is presently the most honest and truthful Politician in Nigeria. It doesn’t mean he’s trustworthy oo, man that joined politics due to unemployment and hunger, cannot be trusted. He must surely and always loot. Which he did!
I also heard that he had a small history of madness sha..azin he brain dey touch at times and he will start misbehaving. But not the reason why I’m writing this sha.
Anyway, he’s a graduate of English and Literature from the University of Port Harcourt, fully started his political career which was prompt by unemployment and hunger in 1999 when he was elected as a member and speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly.
