Some luxurious bus drivers have been spotted in a viral video protesting against soldiers’ insistence on paying N1000 at every check point from the South-East region to Lagos.

While the drivers insisted on not paying the money, the soldiers allegedly refused to allow them pass, leaving travellers stranded.

One of travelers who shared the video, said the incident has left them stranded in Benin since 3am after taking the night bus. He also revealed that there are more than 5 check points from the state they boarded the bus, to Lagos.
