Based On These Facts, Is Burna Boy On The Same Level As Davido?

Everyone gave kudos to Burna Boy last year. It was his year, he killed it, he owned it, he smashed all the limitations that held him in the last few years.

From being underrated he became one of the most talked about artistes in the Nigerian Music Industry. Home and abroad, his name was crooned as the best. He got the awards and invites to international festivals.

Based on this, he was acknowledged as the Best Artiste in 2018 as  he displaced Davido and Wizkidfrom the top.

But recently, Davido‘s run in the US has been extraordinary. He has been in hot form, on collaborations with foreign acts Like Russ and Sean Kingston and has also been seen in the studio with Ludacris and Meek Mill.

His hit single, “Fall“ is a classic and one of the trending tracks right now in the US.

Contrary to the temporary success of Burna Boy‘s “Ye” which blew because it shared the same name with Kanye West’s Ye, Davido is having a great run this year already.

Burna Boy is probably the most in form artiste right now and with his recent success
