BUSTED! Teenager Sentenced To 6 Years In Prison For Stealing Female Underwear

A teenager identified Olasunkami Yekini, has been sentenced to 6 years in prison by a Magistrates’ Court in Osogbo, Osun State for stealing female underwear.
The 19-year-old boy who stole three female underwear and a mobile phone valued at N6,000 was charged to court for theft and breach of public peace.
According to police prosecutor, Jafani Musilimi, the defendant committed the offense on January 28 around 10 am. He reportedly broke into the apartment at Folashade Ganiyu at No. 12 Ibokun Road, Oja-Oba area, Osogbo, and stole three underwear belonging to her in her bathroom and also a mobile phone.
The police prosecutor further stated that the crime contravened sections 412 and 249(d) of the Criminal Code, Cap 34, Vol. 11, Laws of Osun, 2002. The teenager was sentenced to 6 years in prison by Magistrate Rofiat Olayemi, without an option of fine.
